About 18 months ago I had the need of a land agent in regard to the options available to me for my future. The support and integrity of that advise resulted in my decision no to sell, and the "Professionals" missed out on a sale.
Since then with a change of circumstances I again needed a land agent. There was a potential for the sale of two homes and the purchasing of another. Jan Sutherland and the team supported me tremendously in providing every opportunity to view homes in my price range and offered advise on perparing my home for market, and allowed me to see things in a realistic fashion. Again a set of circumstances resulted in me selling 1 home privately and I then made the decision to move into the second home and renovate.
